THIS IS MARTIAN'S STORY

Our founder Abhishek Gadhia, after graduating as an engineer in the summer of 2017, got selected for the coveted Youth for India fellowship programme, as part of which, he spent a year in the tribal belt of Central India, working with young children around STEM education.

 

After this immersive experience and deep diving into the science of pedagogy, he came back to his home city, Ahmedabad, this time to understand education from an urban lens. In the city, Abhishek mentored children at the Atal Tinkering Labs and also trained teachers in the municipal schools.

The last few years in the eco-system has allowed him to chisel his perspective to understand the needs of a child for an ideal learning environment, and thus, takes shape what we call Martian Labs.

Martian Labs is a school of intellectual curiosity where children are put in a situation, where in order to get through, they are propelled to learn the concepts of STEM by keeping their curiosity at the core of problem solving, exactly what the philosophy of learning is!
